Shipping policy

We use standard shipping for order in the United States.  Orders are processed in 7-10 business days and then tendered to the carrier.  Please note, that we will continue to strive for quick turnaround production times, which DOES NOT include the estimated shipping times. This shipping timeline does not begin until the package is scanned/tendered by the post office. We are still finding some carriers are not scanning until the package has reached its destination.  We are finding that most orders are received within 8-14 business days of ordering.  International orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and processing through customs.  

Once an order is tendered to the delivery carrier of your choice, we are not responsible for delays. Delays are normally rare but with the current pandemic, we are definitely seeing delays. Unfortunately, this is a circumstance beyond our control. Please keep the delays in mind when ordering to allow time for your order to reach you in a timely fashion. As the situation with the economy and businesses changing daily, we will keep our customers with the most up to date information as possible.
