Refund policy

All sales are FINAL, unless your item is defective or you have received the incorrect item.  Please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.  Please send pictures to faithfulbydesigntees@gmail.com with your Order # in the subject and include information regarding your item in the body of the email.   

Prior to ordering, we ask that you please read the description in its entirety to include the sizing chart.  All shirts unless specified are retail fit. If you desire a tighter fit, we recommend you consider ordering a size down. We reserve the right to exchange an item, but you will be responsible for shipping your exchange back to MCT. The item must not be worn or washed and in the same condition that you received it.

Please include a note with your exchange with the correct size.  

Designs may have subtle variations from one piece to the next due to materials and handcrafting. Therefore, each piece has its own desirable uniqueness.  

 If you have purchased a customized or personalized item, refunds and exchanges are not available under any circumstance. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size, material, type and/or reach out to the company to answer any questions before placing your order.  

 As we try to quality control all items upon receipt and aim for 100% customer satisfaction, we also ask that you please review your purchase upon delivery. If there is a flaw or defect in the product, we will refund or exchange within 48 hours. After the 48 hours, returns or refunds are not accepted, even if the flaw is seller error.  Items must be returned in the condition it was received and unworn.
